The Midwest Region features top overall seed Kansas, Ohio State buzzer-beater Evan Turner and a dangerous Michigan State team.

The West Region is headlined by Syracuse's Wes Johnson, a deja vu bad match-up for a Sweet 16-caliber club and a pair of David-turned-Goliaths in Gonzaga and Butler.

The East Region puts the spotlight on Kentucky's John Wall dance, Ivy League research and a former No. 1 team that could become a one and done.

The South Region includes Coach K attempting to regain his Midas touch in March, an upset that wouldn't be a big surprise and a mid-major first round showdown.
